To apply for funding, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Submission of a funding application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and approval based on our underwriting criteria. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation as part of the evaluation process.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in your funding application. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and potential legal action.
By submitting an application, you authorize Plimto LLC to obtain credit reports and other information about you and your business from credit reporting agencies and other third parties.
By expressly consenting to receive text messages from Plimto LLC, you agree to the following terms for our SMS program:
Plimto LLC's SMS program allows us to send you recurring marketing and promotional text messages using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include offers, updates, product information, service notifications, and promotional communications about our financial services.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and promotional campaigns. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We reserve the right to modify the frequency of messages at any time.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans and details.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Plimto LLC. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

Consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or receiving any services from Plimto LLC. You may apply for and receive funding services without opting in to text message communications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device compatibility problems, or other technical issues beyond our control.
Your mobile phone number and any information you provide through text messages will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Plimto LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
